This Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between eonrevolutions (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") on

Scope of Services:

The Company agrees to provide lead generation services to the Client, aiming to deliver qualified and interested leads in the real estate industry.

Billing Terms:

• 1. The Client shall pay a One-time Onboarding fee of $399 upfront upon signing this Agreement.
• 2. Once the first deal closes successfully, the signup fee will be paid back to the client’s account.

Full Refund Promise:

• 1. If the Company doesn’t deliver an average of 3 to 4 referrals as promised, the signup fee will be refunded to the client’s account.
• 2. If no income is generated within 5 months, your money will be fully reimbursed.

Lead Dispatch:

• 1. The Company shall deliver the first lead within fourteen (14) days of the execution of this Agreement.
• 2. An average of 3 to 4 referrals per month will be provided to the Client over a 150-day period.

Referral Service Fee:

"The Broker/Agent agrees to pay eonrevolutions of the Net Commission earned from any real estate transactions (including purchases and sales) generated through the provided leads during the Marketing Coverage period."

Timeframe of Agreement:

• 1. The Client agrees not to terminate, initiate a chargeback, or dispute this Agreement prior to the completion of the 90-day period, unless the leads are not delivered as outlined in the 'Lead Delivery' section. In such instances, the full amount will be refunded to the Client’s account within 30 days.
• 2. This agreement is valid up to 150 days from the date of signing this agreement.

Legal Jurisdiction and Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in your jurisdiction.

Full Scope Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.
